Fujifilm Velvia 50 is regarded as one of the most legendary slide films ever produced. Originally introduced in 1990, Velvia 50 quickly became a favorite among landscape and nature photographers for its unparalleled saturation, fine detail, and rich tonal reproduction.

With a daylight-balanced ISO of 50, Velvia delivers ultra-high color saturation, deep contrasts, and extremely fine grain. Its rendering of reds, greens, and blues gives images a signature “pop” that has inspired generations of photographers, both amateur and professional.

Although discontinued for a short period due to environmental regulations on its chemical composition, Fujifilm re-introduced Velvia 50 in 2007 using a revised formula.
